I am a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with extensive experience in home care, disability support, long-term care, dementia and memory care, assisted living, and hospice services. I bring a compassionate, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with diverse physical, cognitive, and developmental needs, while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
With a strong background in disability support and complex care, I have provided hands-on assistance with daily living activities, medication management, wound care, palliative support, and behavioural management for individuals living with disabilities and chronic conditions. I am committed to delivering safe, respectful, and individualized care, working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.
